Vintage HEISEY Colonial / Puritan Punch Bowl Set with 24 cups, base, glass ladle
Beautiful, complete, vintage Heisey signed Colonial / Puritan punch set. Includes bowl, base, 24 cups and glass ladle. In very nice and obviously lightly used condition. No cracks, chips or flea bites. There are a couple of factory inclusions that are documented... A tiny seed bubble near the rim of the bowl (there are 3 or 4 of these on the whole piece but this is the most obvious) and one straight line on the inside/underside of the base. See 9th and 10th photos. I can't promise that there is not a single other tiny speck, because this is a used vintage item, but those are the only ones that I found upon inspection in bright natural light. 22 of the cups are exactly the same. One of the cups is a vintage replacement, and another one is slightly more opaque than the others... See 7th and 8th photos.
In both photos, the one that represents the 22 matching cups is in the middle. The one on the right is the vintage replacement that is thicker, slightly pinkish tinted and heavier than the others and the one on the left is the one that is the same as the 22 matching ones but is slightly more opaque (not as crystal clear).
If you are using them indoors, in the evening, I don't believe the differences in the cups would be noticed. It is somewhat noticeable in bright daylight as you can see in the photos. All in all, just a lovely, lightly used vintage set with the genuine Heisey mark that was made somewhere between 1904 and 1957. We are known for our careful packaging and will do all that is humanly possible to get this set to you in pristine condition!
