Includes original box and inserts. Has 12 crystal glass cups and a 2 piece crystal punch bowl.

This set has 14 pieces, not 15 as the box states. It is missing the clear plastic ladle. The brand is Hazel Ware which is a division of Hazel-Atlas Glass.

This is an old vintage crystal punch bowl set with the original box and cardboard protective inserts. Absolutely mint with the exception of the missing plastic ladle.
