Vintage Handmade Empoli Glass Olive Green Optic Lidded Punch Bowl & Ladle

Vintage Handmade Empoli Glass Olive Green Optic Lidded Punch Bowl & Ladle. Great mid-century find in excellent vintage condition. Handmade / hand blown olive green Empoli glass bowl with lid and ladle. This is a large heavy piece, measuring 10.5 inches tall and 8 inches across the lid.

The lid has a notch to accommodate solid glass ladle. The underside of the bowl has a pontil scar but is not marked.

The set could be either a punch bowl or a soup tureen (my mom made several wonderful cold soups, I remember her serving from this). I could not find any chips, cracks or repairs. There are minimal signs of use / wear. Beautiful vintage art glass set. Please see photos and use the zoom feature for details.
