Vintage 1945 Crystal Pressed Glass Punch Bowl Base Pedestal Glass Ladle 15 Cups

CRYSTAL CLEAR PRESSEDGLASS PUNCH BOWL on MATCHING BASE PEDESTAL with GLASS LADLE & 15 CUPS; PREOWNED. I don't know the age of this set but it has been packed in newspapers dating 1945 so I've put a question mark after the 1945 in the title. The Punch Bowl Set is possibly dated much earlier than 1945 as I would assume it would have had an original box whereas it probably was used before 1945 and eventually the box was damaged or worn out... Heavy Crystal Bowl weighs over 10 lbs.

Measures approximately 13 diameter across top. Approximately 12 high, perched on pedestal. Depth of bowl measures approximately 7.

Beautiful Sunburst & Diamond Design. Glass Ladle measures approximately 14 long. Also including 4 cups in back row in picture #1 are a little different design + 1 extra cup of another design.

I see no chips, nicks, cracks or scratches. I've tried to research the type crystal and can't be sure if this is cut glass; leaded crystal or some other type crystal. When I snap it with my finger - it's like the tone of a bell.

It IS heavy - the bowl by itself weighing over 10 lbs. I'll leave the note above as this was the original listing. Comes from non smoking, pet free home.
