It is unsigned but is shown in a J Hoare Catalog. There are two motifs - the buzzsaw or pinwheel and the fan which are fairly common motifs for this period. Interestingly, the buzzsaw is going in counter clockwise direction and is feathered.
The punch bowl is 10" tall on its stand and approximately 10" in diameter. The blank that it was cut on is clear and heavy. It is in excellent condition. The only flaws on the bowl are two flakes of glass missing on the bottom and a scratched ring where the bowl was turned on its base. The base has three sawteeth which are chipped. The strange colors showing in the pictures are from my clothing and the wall color in the room where the pictures were taken.
