Imperial Whirling Star Peacock Carnival Glass Punch Bowl Cups Plus Ladle

This magnificent Imperial Glass punch bowl set includes a punch bowl, seven cups and the ladle. This ornate pattern #555, called Whirling Star, features spinning stars with elegant canes and arches. Like a peacock's tail feathers the exterior of this stunning punch bowl has an iridescent carnival finish with hues of purple, blue, green and gold. The interior is a smokey color. The elegance of this bowl is further enhanced with a saw-tooth like rim.

There are seven matching handled cups and the clear ladle which is original to the set. There are no apparent maker marks. Approximate Dimensions: Bowl is 13-3/4" wide and 7" tall. The cups are 2-1/4" tall, and the ladle is 13-3/4" long. This vintage set is in good condition with no chips or cracks and only minor age-related wear.
