Heisey Punch Bowl On Tall Pedestal Pinwheel and Fan Pattern

Beautiful Heisey punch bowl on tall pedestal base. Base is marked with the Heisey "H". Bowl on base measures approx.

Bowl is large and heavy, measuring 7H. This is the tall base, approx. 8"H and 6"D on top. The glass of the bowl is 3/8 thick, as seen in image #3 showing the scalloped rim. I don't see any scratches, appears unused. See "Condition" above for details on any issues. This is a manufacturing issue, it is very tiny. All the close up images are very enlarged to show details. The last two images show the tiny chips I felt when I ran my hands over it.
