Westmoreland Blue Iridescent Glass Miniature Punch Bowl & 6 cups. Punch Bowl unmarked (possibly early piece) each cup with stamp mark on the bottom (see photos).

Westmoreland File and Fan pattern. The bowl is 4.25" H x 4.25" D across top and each cup is 1.25" H x 1.4" D across top.
