Beautiful Brilliant Antique Cut Glass & Etched 2-Piece Pedestal Punch Bowl

This is a very Beautiful Brilliant Antique Cut Glass & Etched 2-Piece Pedestal Punch Bowl. The bowl itself measures 6" tall and the base measures 5-1/4" tall. I do not know the maker. There is a tiny chip on the top bowl rim area. There is also a tiny chip in the bottom rim of the base.

These are hardly noticable but mentionable.
