Has air bubbles in the glass as seen from above. The glass is hand painted with design work. The silver plate work has faces and floral patterns. There is some silver plate loss as seen in photos.

The two cartouches have not been engraved. The base has had a slight bend to it, which causes a small rock to it, but taken the right person it can be fixed. There is no ladel or lid to this piece.

This also makes an amazing floral vase for a formal dinner table and attracts quite a bit of attention. I have not seen another punch bowl like this one online.
