Antique Orange Tree Blue Carnival Glass Punch Bowl

The bowl and base measures approximately 10 1/2x 10. The top alone is 10 1/2x6. The base 5 1/2 x 5. The bowl does have a hairline on the inside and another in the outside. They do not appear to go all the way through and a small chip please look at pictures. The base looks like it was repaired at some time. My father has owned this piece for many years.
