Antique ABP American Brilliant Cut Glass Pinwheel Starburst Punch Bowl + Base

Brilliant antique cut glass punch bowl measures approximately 11 1/4" tall (base = 6" of that height). Bowl measures 10 1/4" diameter at top and 5 1/4" deep. Quality cut and faceted - I could not find a signature to indicate maker.
