AMAZING! Gorgeous Vintage 41 Piece L. E SMITH GLASS DAISY & BUTTON PUNCH BOWL SET

This is a fantastic punch bowl set! There are so many possibilities! Not only would this be beautiful as the center of a table with punch in it, but it would also be fantastic with floating flowers and tea lights at a party or wedding. It would also make a beautiful gift for anyone who loves to entertain. This punch bowl set was made by Smith Glass.

E Smith Glass Company was founded in 1907 in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. In the 1920s they began making colored pressed glass in a variety of colors such as purple, blue, green and pink. The company was best known for producing headlight lenses for the Model T ford. Sadly, this company is no longer in business. This is a pressed glass punch bowl and glasses set.

The pattern is Daisy and Button. 1 Daisy and Button Pressed Glass Punch Bowl - approximately 13" wide and 9" tall (Beautiful, but very heavy). 18 Daisy and Button Pressed Glass Punch Cups - approximately 2 1/8" high and 2 7/8". 20 Stainless Steel Hooks for Hanging the Cups. 1 Silver Base - About 10 wide handle to handle.

There are 41 pieces in all. The bowl and footed punch cups are in fantastic condition with no issues that I could see or feel. The base is silver plated I think.

There are some spots, especially on the handles where there are marks from use. It has been polished up, but if you don't like polishing, let it get a little patina for that "antiqued" look. Either way I think it will look great with the bowl. The stainless steel hooks are very strong and clean up bright and shiny.

Also, because they're stainless, they will last forever! The Ladle is plastic and does not have a pattern to it. It is sturdy and built to serve many cups of punch for you and the bonus is that it will NEVER break! This beautiful set was produced in the 1960's and is well over 50 years old! It is ready to be given as a gift to someone you love or used by you! If you are looking to acquire one punch set the is incredibly sturdy and guaranteed to last a lifetime, THIS IS IT! This set will be packed carefully in a large box with extra bubble wrap and peanuts. I will then put the box in ANOTHER box and cushion it carefully.
