This is a 14 round and crystal clear Hersey Glass fruit or punch bowl in The Colonial Pattern. It stands approximately 6.75 high.

I bought this bowl in an antique shop in the mid-80s and used it several times for a summer fruit salad rather than carving a watermelon into a basket. There is no damage to either the interior or exterior. I pack all item carefully and will do so with this bowl.
