MASSIVE one piece, show stopper Punch Bowl in Egginton's elegant CAMBRIA pattern, in near perfect condition. A few eensy nips on the teeth, not worthy of repair. No other chips or issues. Strong Egginton signature center bottom, easy to spot, evenly applied. An amazing 18 pound blown blank 1/2 thick at the rim -- absolutely colorless, brilliant, fiery--a real eye-catcher.

Measurements are 14 5/8" across, 6 5/8" deep. The Cambria pattern is Pearson rated VERY RARE/ONE OF THE MOST DESIRABLE. Elegant, understated pattern -- not too fussy, not too plain.

The cane is exceptionally well cut, and the ladders are like beautiful silver threads. The arc and peak dentil rim adds an extra touch of refinement.

Structures at the bottom of the bowl--one in cane, the other in sparkling silver diamond. Cambria was Egginton's pattern of choice for many of their high end items. One full page of the only known Egginton catalog is dedicated to a magnificent 5 piece epergne in Cambria. ABPCG lovers know well that Egginton is a top tier cutting house, equal to and oft times better than Hawkes, Hoare, and Libbey.
