LARGE Vintage HEAVY 15 TALL CUT CRYSTAL PUNCH BOWL BEAUTIFUL DESIGN, Marked

This is a Large and heavy Crystal punch bowl. It weighs approximately 15 pounds plus, 15 inches tall, over 10" on top opening diameter and 42" diameter around (wider part). I have been searching for one just like this online and the marking (SEE 4th picture), but I have NO luck!

Therefore, I consider this item as rare one! GREAT Piece to add to your Rare collections! Condition: It is in great shape; however, it has rough spot on the top edge. I do not know if it was chips or just part of manufacturing flaws. It supposed to be 2 pieces but the previous owner, glue the base with the top.
