Antique Lead Cut Crystal Wassail or Mulled Cider Punch Bowl with Lid 15 Tall

There are a few chips on the inside of the bowl around the lip and where the ladle rested. I'm sure this is European and would have been used for mulled cider or wassail. Including the lid it is 15" tall and 7 1/2" wide at the top. I do not have the ladle. Heavy, weighs almost 15 pounds.
